Hello! I am Nont, an undergraduate student at HKU who is passionate about computer science, data science, and AI. I love learning about technologies and using them to build tools that solve problems in everyday life. My goal is to create something that makes lives of the people around me a little better every day, and I have been constantly taking baby steps towards this goal for almost a year now as I pursue my current research project!

- • Preprocessed 120,000 sentences of text that were used to train the AI model
- • Fine-tuned Facebook's BART Multi-Genre Natural Language Inference (MNLI) machine learning model on 70,000 instances (premise-hypothesis text pairs dataset) and improved the model's accuracy by 22%
- • Developed and deployed a full-stack AI exam generator web app using HTML, CSS, and Python within 10 weeks

National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC) in collaboration with Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University (NRRU)
- Machine Learning and Time Series Forecast: A Case Study for Sub-Seasonal Forecast in Nakhon Ratchasima, Northeast Thailand (we are going to publish our research paper soon)
- • Analyzed meteorological data from 1940 to 2024, including precipitation, temperature, dew point, and ENSO indices, to identify recurring seasonal patterns and trends, focusing on a flood-prone region in Northeastern Thailand
- • Developed a predictive model to estimate rainfall in Nakhon Ratchasima for a given month, enabling accurate sub-seasonal temperature and precipitation forecasts (1 to 3 months ahead)
- • The rainfall predictions from the model will be used to provide early warnings to local households, which will help residents with seasonal agriculture planning and water management
- • The project's outcomes contribute to government-led flood risk assessment and mitigation strategies
